We offer complete residential construction services, from design to construction completion. During the design phase, we will create a budget for your project, and work with the design before construction to meet your budgetary needs. Using the menu at the left, you can view our previous projects, which cover a range of homes, additions, and smaller projects such as decks, sunrooms, and baths. Many recent jobs have involved modest additions combined with reworking of existing space, to create larger family rooms, new kitchens, master bedroom suites and/or offices in existing homes.

We are happy to see a renewed interest in "green" building. We have been building tight, energy-efficient homes for over 28 years, and we bring that experience to every project we build. We are currently installing a grey water leaching system in our barn/office (see "weekend project" and "alternative septic system"), which is now near completion.
